Both pure face-to-face events and e-learning have specific advantages and disadvantages. Our goal for 2022 is to ideally combine digital learning with face-to-face events - for your best learning and sense of achievement!

As a new customer or new employee, first complete the learning units that are already available in our MALU WILZ ACADEMY and then deepen your knowledge "live " in our group trainings in Karlsfeld. The focus here is on practical work, interaction and exchange with other participants.
