MAKEUP TIP: Let your eyes appear bigger
Big eyes have always been a cross-cultural ideal of beauty. Regardless of whether it is with the ancient Romans through Belladonna or in today's Korea through large contact lenses, you always try to apply make-up particularly openly, because everyone knows: The eyes are the window to soul.
Make-up artist Lukas Budweiser gives you his tips that make even small eyes look wider. Incidentally, also the perfect styling for short-sighted glasses wearers.
Step 1
After we have applied the Eyeshadow Base to the movable lid, we blend a bright, at best shimmering eyeshadow from the inner corner of the eye into the middle. A matt, dark tone is worked into the crease of the eyelid and into the outer third of the eyelid in order to define the eye more strongly.
Step 2
A black Eyeliner gently applied in the lash line often works wonders and sets a great contrast point again. In the water line of the lower lid, on the other hand, we give a white, or if that is too hard, a beige eye styler to make the eye look larger. We now blend the dark eye shadow from Step 1 very gently on the lower eyelid, leaving the front third free.
Step 3
Wimperntusche und ein Augenbrauenhighlight runden das Augenmakeup perfekt ab. Trauen Sie sich ruhig die drei-, viermal aufzutragen, denn ein dramatische Augenaufschlag stellt jedes Makeup in den Schatten. Betonen Sie auch mit einem Highlighter den Brauenbogen, dies schafft auch nochmal einen tollen Blickpunkt.
Mascara and an eyebrow highlight perfectly round off the eye makeup. Don't be afraid to apply the Mascara three or four times, because a dramatic look will put every makeup in the shade. Emphasize the brow arch with a highlighter, this also creates a great focal point.
