General

If any provision of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, then thereby the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions will not be affected. In its place comes an appropriate regulatory regulation, which is most likely consistent with the purpose of the ineffective provisions. The organizer reserves the right of editorial freedom with respect to the design, the content and the form of raffle. In particular, the organizer is entitled to change the form and content of the action.

Eligible

There are all persons eligible residing in Germany and Austria, who have completed at the time of their participation of 16 years. Persons under 18 years and other in their legal capacity limited people require the consent of the legal representative to participate in the raffle.

To participate it is essential that all personal information are true. Participation with fake identities or identities of third parties is not allowed. Participants with false or falsified identities are excluded from participation.

Likewise, only one participation is allowed per name and address. Multiple notifications about additional e-mail accounts are not included in promotions or raffles.

Employees of MALU WILZ Beauté, as well as those related undertakings of the same group and their relatives and officials and the Civil Service special obligations are excluded from participation.

Sweepstakes Clubs and automated lottery services are not eligible. Prices are neither transferable nor is a cash payment or an exchange of the profit possible.

The MALU WILZ Beauté reserves the right to exclude participants from participation in the Sweepstakes. This applies in particular for violation of the conditions of participation. Also excluded are participants who use dishonest or unauthorized aids, making false statements about themselves or who create or try to create advantages through manipulation. In these cases, MALU WILZ Beauté reserves the right to express exclusions from participation in the sweepstakes also subsequently, to deny prizes subsequently and reclaim them.

Participation

By participating in the contest, the user accepts these terms and conditions.

The event is designed as a sweepstakes campaign of MALU WILZ Beauté Facebook and Instagram Fanpage. Participation is allowed only for registered Facebook and Instagram users and possible exclusively on the action side.

To participate in the competition the declaration of the requested information is reuired. The data acquired will be used by MALU WILZ Beauté for the raffle management and internal marketing and promotional mailings. Even after the expiry of the contest the post remains including access on the data. By participating in the sweepstakes the participant constitutes its consent to access the data later to use them.

Participants have the ability to let their personal data be locked or deleted at any time. This does not include the data which MALU WILZ Beauté is required by law to storage. Should a participant wish the blocking or deletion of its data, a further participation in the current draw is naturally no longer possible.

Unless there is a raffle with contributions (f.e. texts, photos) which are to send the participant transfers with the submission of its contribution simultaneously a simple content, spatially and temporally unlimited right to MALU WILZ Beauté, particularly for copying, distribution and making it available in all media. The winner is the participant who has posted the best contribution.

A jury of MALU WILZ Beauté chooses the winner. All decisions are subjective decisions that are not controvertable. MALU WILZ Beauté reserves the right to review the contributions before publication and not to release inappropriate posts.

For a successful participation in the competition, participants will have to provide information on the following: first name, last name, address, country. Participants consent to the storage of these data for the purpose of proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Participants who do not fully convey the above information to MALU WILZ Beauté, do not take part in the determination of winners. The delivery of the prizes is free for the winners. The winner will be notified upon completion of the competition by email and get further instructions for delivery or pick-up of the price.

Campaign period 

The raffle will run from 21.06.2024 up to 23.06.2024 at 23:59. It decides the time of receipt of the participation. The winners will be chosen by drawing lots.

Integrated raffle

MALU WILZ Beauté is giving away a product and / or advertising material corresponding to the competition campaign among all participants 1x Sun Drops SPF50.

Winners will be notified via DM on Instagram on June 24th, 2024.

Winner notification

Among all participants with the correct answer decides the lot. Repeated Winning is not possible. Each winner will be notified via email. Profits can only be sent to participants, of which we have a correct first and last name (no nicknames) and a correct, complete mailing address.

Data protection

The users / participants agree to the storage of their data by MALU WILZ Beauté. The data collected are solely the draw and notify the winners and internal marketing purposes; they are not used for other advertising purposes or to third parties. Code of Conduct

MALU WILZ Beauté has the right to exclude participants of the action that manipulate the participation process or the action or try to, and / or that violate the rules.

Termination options

MALU WILZ Beauté reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. Liability

The organizer does not affect the availability of the Internet and therefore can not be liable for damages due to the unavailability of the Internet. The recipient of the information provided by the subscriber are not Facebook or Instagram but MALU WILZ Beauté. MALU WILZ Beauté discharges Facebookor Instagram from any liability with respect to the raffles dates. All questions, comments and complaints about the promotion are not to judge on Facebook or Instagram, but to the e-mail address info@maluwilz.de.

The decision is final.

Applicable law

The competition is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
